A is a toolbox to develop AI models in the EOSC.
Platform for developing, training, serving and sharing AI models within the European Open Science Cloud. Built on open standards and including authentication and storage support. It includes advanced AI features such as federated learning across multiple clients, MLOps, metadata provenance. Developed in the original AI4EOSC project, and continuously improved with new features and capabilities.
Features
Large Language Models APIs and chatbot tailored for research using AI4EOSC technology.
The LLM4EOSC is a federated system providing sovereing LLM API services and a connected chatbot. This system allows users to interact with them in a secure manner, ask questions about the AI4EOSC documentation, generate code, and perform other common tasks. The chat history is deleted once the chat is removed in order to protect user data. The chatbot is based on OpenWebUI and supports RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) to provide accurate and up-to-date information from the AI4EOSC documentation. In addition to text-based interactions, the chatbot also supports vision models, allowing users to ask questions about images and receive relevant information. The chatbot can be accessed via the AI4EOSC platform and is designed to assist researchers in navigating the documentation and related AI4EOSC resources.
Features
AI agents for research automation, built on top of the EOSC infrastructure.
AI agent catalog for scientific research, developed by EOSC-ARENA. This AI environment will serve as a scientific assistant supporting the full research lifecycle, from literature review and hypothesis generation to analysis, reporting, and provenance capture.
Features
The entire technology stack is open-source, interoperable, and built for the European research community.
Standardised REST API for exposing AI models as services, regardless of framework.
Serverless computing framework for data-driven AI inference on hybrid cloud.
Federated authentication and authorisation via the EOSC identity provider.
Storage for datasets and model artefacts that can be accessed from the development environment.
Experiment tracking and model registry integrated into the training pipeline.
Containerised deployment on Nomad for reproducibility and scalability.
